Terms of service
Last updated: October 16, 2026. Paid products are not open yet; these terms apply to the free content now and to paid products from the day they launch.
These terms are an agreement between you and Stacked Edge ("we", "us"). By using getstackededge.com, joining the email list or Discord, or buying anything, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Questions: [email protected].
1. What we provide
Stacked Edge is an independent digital education and research publication about rules-based futures strategies (NQ, ES, GC). Depending on what you choose, you may receive: written rules documents (PDF), follow-along posts (examples of what a published stack took and skipped), weekly validation reports and monthly updates, a daily brief or Daily Plan of example levels and risk notes, and a Discord community role. All of it is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped.
2. Education only — not advice
- Everything we publish is general information for education. It is not personalised to you, your finances or your goals, and it is not financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any futures contract or other instrument.
- Stacked Edge is not a registered investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, commodity pool operator, broker-dealer or futures commission merchant. We don't manage money, hold customer funds, place trades for you, copy trades or send automated trade instructions.
- Follow-along posts and stack updates are the same for every reader, are published for study, and are not automated or tailored to any account. You decide whether and how to trade, on your own account, at your own risk.
- Please read the risk disclaimer. It is part of these terms.
3. Hypothetical performance
All performance shown on this site is hypothetical: TradingView backtests with the costs and fill assumptions we state, not actual trading. Backtests have inherent limitations, are built with hindsight, and the strategies were selected on the same data they are shown on. There are no live or forward results yet. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results, and live results are likely to be worse. Futures can lose more than your deposit.
4. You must be 18 or older
Our content is for adults. By using the site or buying anything you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally able to enter this agreement. If you are under 18 you must not use the site, join the Discord or purchase anything. You are responsible for making sure that using our content is lawful where you live.
5. Accounts, delivery and access
Documents are delivered digitally, normally by email or a download link, after payment. Subscription access (follow-along posts, updates, Discord role) starts when your payment succeeds and lasts for the period you have paid for. Fulfilment may be manual at first, so access can take a short while. Keep your download links and Discord account to yourself.
6. Prices, subscriptions and cancellation
- Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. One-time packs are a single payment and do not renew.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Cancel any time in one step using the link to the Stripe customer portal in your receipt email, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- We may change prices for future billing periods. We will email you before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.
- If a payment fails, we may pause access until it is resolved.
7. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our refund & cancellation policy, which is part of these terms. In short: a 7-day refund on your first subscription payment, and a 7-day refund on one-time packs. Trading results are not a reason for a refund.
8. Acceptable use and no redistribution
What you buy is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use the material for your own education and your own trading. You may not:
- copy, resell, share, post, publish or otherwise distribute our documents, follow-along posts, reports or briefs, in whole or in substantial part (including in other Discord servers, groups, courses or paid communities);
- share your download links or Discord access with other people, or use the material to run a competing paid service;
- scrape or bulk-download the site, or attempt to break or overload it;
- harass others, post spam, promote prop-firm referral links, sell trade calls, or present anything from Stacked Edge as personal advice to someone else in our community.
We may remove access without refund if you seriously or repeatedly break these rules. Our Discord has its own short community rules; they apply too.
9. Intellectual property
The site, documents, charts, text, data presentations and the Stacked Edge name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. The ideas behind general technical indicators (such as RSI or moving averages) are public; our written documents, tables and analysis are not. "TradingView", "CME", "Nasdaq" and "COMEX" belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
10. Third-party services
We rely on third parties such as Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and email routing), Discord (community) and an email delivery provider. We are not responsible for their services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms. We don't control your broker, charting platform or data feed.
11. Disclaimers
The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that the content is accurate, complete, current, error-free or suitable for your purposes, that any strategy will be profitable, or that the site will be uninterrupted. Strategies can stop working; our weekly validation is a monitoring process, not a guarantee.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or content, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer because you broke these terms (for example by redistributing paid content) or used our content unlawfully.
14. Ending access
You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if a payment is reversed or disputed, or if we discontinue a product (in which case the refund policy covers any unused paid period).
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, except that where the law of your home country gives you the right to bring a claim there, nothing here removes that right. Please email us first; most problems can be fixed quickly.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Changes apply to future use and future payments. If a change is material we will email subscribers before it applies to them. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
17. Contact
